Graduate in Law and Political Sciences from the University of Panama. She has occupied the position as Director of Research and presently, as Executive Vice-President of Sistemas Jurídicos, S.A., a company engaged in the research of the legal information of the country. Her work is aimed at carrying out various proceedings such as Migration, Structuring of Companies, Entrepreneurial Consultancy, Constitution of Offshore Corporations, Private Interest Foundations, Registration of Trademarks, Condominium Regime and Contracting in general. She is a member of the National Lawyers Association.

Graduate in Law from the University Santa María La Antigua, Chapter Magna Cum Laude (First Post of Honor). Performed higher studies in the prestigious Stanford, where he obtained his Master's Degree in Commercial Law. Presently, he is working on his Doctor's Degree thesis.
He belongs to important organizations such as the National Lawyers Association, the Panamanian Association of Company Executives, the Chamber of Commerce, and he makes part of the Board of Directors of the bank Banco Hipotecario Nacional. At present, he is the General Manager of the bank Multicredit Bank and a member of the Board of Directors of the Banking Association of Panama. He has vast experience in negotiation and arbitration and financial advise. He is a member of the National Lawyers' Association.

Graduate in Business Administration and Law and Political Sciences from the University of Panama. He has more than 30 years of vast entrepreneurial experience; he works as a litigation lawyer in the fields of Labor, Civil and Commercial Law. He participates actively in the field of Entrepreneurial and Banking Consultancy in the fields of Bankruptcy, Winding up Companies and Financial Restructuring. Additionally, he is experienced in tax matters, and registration of vessels. He is a member of the National Lawyers' Association.

Graduate in Law and Political Sciences from the University of Panama; Chapter Suma Cum Laude (First Post of Honor). He is in charge of the attention of Intellectual Property (Industrial Property and Copyright) Processes; additionally, his background in the establishment of franchises is well known, as well as his background in the patrimonial organization and structuring under Private Interest Foundations, Corporations and Trusts. He has also vast experience in proceedings in the Colon Free Zone and customs matters. He is a member of the National Lawyers' Association.
